Global Mektronics, Inc. is a premiere manufacturer of automated Wafer Handling Machines. Our machines handle both IC wafers from 100mm to 300mm diameter and PV solar wafers. The wafer handlers range from simple bulk transfers to ID recognition and sorting. In addition to wafer handling we also provide custom automation to customer specifications.
