Our wafer handling systems, as well as all the equipment we design and build, are engineered to the highest standards possible. The standard handlers are designed for class 100 cleanrooms and safely operate in earthquake zones when properly tied down. The finishes throughout the machine are resistant to high humidity salt air environments. The 'standard' systems are configurable to your custom requirements.
