At Global Mektronics we have 35 years building automation for a variety of industries. These range from hi-tech assembly and conveying in cleanrooms to general manufacturing. We specialize in Custom machines built to our customer's specifications. Our proprietary Semi-Custom product line for wafer handling in IC and PV Solar manufacturing is configurable to the customer's specifications.
Bulk Wafer Transfer System

Proprietary Wafer Handling Tool

Locations
GMI's primary engineering office is located in Arizona, USA. Manufacturing and assembly is in Arizona or in the Philippines depending on the customer's needs and application.
